Vidal Daniels is an environmental professional with experience in stormwater, wastewater, and regulatory compliance across both the public and private sectors. He has worked in municipal government with the City of Modesto and as a consultant with WSP, supporting environmental compliance, inspection programs, and infrastructure initiatives.
He holds multiple professional certifications, including Environmental Compliance Inspector II (California Water Environment Association), Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioner (QISP), Qualified SWPPP Developer/Practitioner (QSP/D), Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), Sac State Pretreatment Facility Inspector certification, OSHA 510 Construction Safety certification, 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification, and 24-Hour Mining Safety & Health Administration certification. He has an undergraduate in Biological Sciences and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
His work bridges public and private environmental initiatives, supporting municipalities, private facilities, and community stakeholders in strengthening compliance systems and advancing sustainable outcomes.
Vidal is a member of USGBC California and the 100 Black Men of America (Sacramento Chapter), where he contributes to workforce development and sustainability initiatives.
